Some People Love Weaver Birds,

With their cute little nests,

Some people love White Doves,

I love Blue Wren the best.

Though She has a modest air,

Though no grace she boast,

Unlike the peacock with his tail,

I love Blue Wren most.

The swan may have beautiful white feathers;

The Hummingbird may sing her song,

The Kookaburra may laugh all of the time,

But I’ve loved Blue Wren all along.
